Refund policy

Please note we do not accept return or refund unless the item is damaged or faulty. This is due to hygiene regulations and to protect all our customers. Please be sure you want to buy before completing payment or contact us before purchasing so that we can help with more details/information for any products. We’re always here to help you.


PLEASE NOTE: Items which involve customisations, pierced items such as earrings, Sets including earrings , nose rings, also cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations. In the rare event your items arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with picture evidence via our contact us page. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please use the 'contact us' form from the home page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If a return was agreed for any reason please send the item back to us within 10 days by a tracking detail. If the item is not sent back within this time frame unfortunately we will not be able accept the return.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and deal with your case promptly.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
